3 PAYG with a month of "Internet" addon: £5, with a 2GB cap. But not for
laptop use.

3 PAYG with a month of "Mobile Broadband" addon: £10, with a 1GB cap.

I bagged, last month from three, 3gb of download for £.7.50 a month,
eighteen month contract and not an existing customer.

The offer seems to come and go on their website...
