In addition to my 3 PAYG phone (with not much credit) I took with me a phone
fitted with new 3 Zero SIM - just in case I needed it. However, I forgot to
activate roaming before going. I only realised this when seeing "Emergency
calls only" displayed on the phone's screen. I wonder whether I would have
succeeded in making a call to 112 . Has anyone actually tried it?
