I recently bought a Tesco SIM card. It works OK but there are a couple of things.

1) There are some numbers stored in the sim already, all start with such as "Home phone 8000680818". I have tried deleting
these and they seem to go but when I switch the phone off and back on they return! any way round this?

2) How do I turn off the balance alert text ?

As Supermarket PAYG SIMs go I think Asda is best value, assuming your handset is unlocked to Vodafone.
