Hi Ian

In order to scroll through pdf documents you'll need a reasonably fast
processor.

I myself use an XDA Zest, which has a 624mhz processor, but a phone
with the 1ghz Snapdragon chip would be even faster.

In response to the title heading in your post, the best deal I have
available at the moment is Orange Solo 45 (24 months) - £45 + VAT -
2100 cross-net mins + 3000 Orange to Orange minutes + 3000 UK landline
(prefix 01,02,03) minutes.
