Start up S2 and Skype and login. Go to Contacts - all Skype contacts
will be listed - Skype ones and those linked to landline nos. &/or
mobiles. However usually it is only possible to send a Skype 'chat' to
Skype contacts, not to any linked to mobiles.

However there's an easy work around to achieve this.

1/ On a PC / Laptop start up Skype and login. Then set up a contact to
a mobile no. e.g. +44.... or +31 .... etc. The using Skype send that
mobile contact a single SMS message.

2/ On the S2 start up Skype and go to Chats. If Skype has synchronised
properly the SMS message should be displayed. It is then easy enough
to add another chat message to it and send that. The recipient should
receive the new message on their mobile phone rather than as a Skype
chat.

This is useful to send cheap international SMS texts to overseas
mobiles - bypassing Three's exorbitant charges, and only Skype Credit
is charged.

Also it is useful for sending SMS messages to +44 mobiles when Three's
PAYG 'free stuff' has expired.
