That's a clever idea. *There are also Java SMS apps available, but you have
to buy separate credit for them.

It should work with roaming so long as the S2 connects to Skype for
free in other countries. Otherwise there would be a 'double charge -
S2 to Skype, then Skype sending SMS to mobile.
