Now to try and find a way of using an S2 with Skype to 'call' UK
landlines/mobiles (that is without going via a VOIP on a PC server).
CJB.
It's difficult for a callthrough to offer access to their switch through
a Skype name, unless they go for a call-back system.
What would be easier for 3Pay users is to have a callthrough with
a Three access number, but three charge a lot for connection
I can see a solution for dodgy callthroughs, that is for them to play
the Scottish bankruptcy game.
In the late 1990's dodgy ISPs set themselves up registered in Scotland
offering very cheap ISP access on 0800 numbers, knowing they
couldn't possibly make a profit to pay their telecom bills.
After dragging out their losses for about a year they would declare
bankruptcy, which under Scottish law is very liberal.
Disappearing with what money they made from their cheap subscriptions
Not that i'm advocating any callthrough do that, i'm just surprised none
