Virgin Mobile tracked them down for me and I sent them an e-mail, a bod
rang me and said it was a 'computer glitch' and they would refund me, he
asked for my bank details and was a bit bemused when I wouldn't give
them, I asked for a cheque instead which arrived and was cashed.
