Available mobile numbers by crockhamtown
These websites: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_number_of_mobile_phones_in_use and https://www.ofcom.org.uk/about-ofcom/latest/media/facts give details of UK mobile users. If they all start with 07, the remaining 9 digits provide 9^9 or 9x9x9x9x9x9x9x9x9 = 387,420,489 numbers.

Orange has taken £50 from me for phantom data usage and treated me with contempt by Claire A
Hi there So I cannot really believe the experience I have just had with Orange. I have been with them for 15 years (they supply my home phone, broadband, mobile phone, the lot) and have never had any problems with them or had to dispute any charges on my bill to the point where I never even bother to read an itemised bill. It was to my great surprise then that as a result of a cursory look...

Mobile credit limit by Stedderz
I have a £5 a month sim only contract with virgin mobile for my 11 year old daughter. I was horrified when a £204.95 bill came through last month. The account has a £100 credit limit on it. (virgin put this limit on the account) I have queried why they let the account go over double the credit limit and they said credit limits are not legally binding. Does anyone know if i have to pay the...

business contract by Buncywey
I need 13 mobiles for my business which won't be used much. I have got a deal(not signed) from 'Advanced Data Networks' which involves them paying discount quarterly up front. Monthly cost is £331.89 and their discount is £260 each month to bring the outgoings down to £71.89. I have 'googled' them and can't find anything. I don't want to be scammed as if they don't pay the discount I will have...

Thumbs up
We all too often take it for granted when things go well. How often do we stop to show 'real' appreciation. For the majority of us, its a quick thank you! and off we go.However we make time to air, text, write, twit, blog, log, our complaints. I've recently purchased a phone and changed net work to 'orange'. But wanted to keep my existing number and 'long list of contacts'. This process is...

John Kilbride by John Kilbride
Anyone considering going onto an Orange PAYG contract do so at your Peril, and I do not state this lightly in view of my experiences with them ! They make the contract up as they go and if you question their Business practices you are treated with contempt, I have made a few Top-Ups and as fast as I can put the money in it is gone . (it is like putting money into a Bottomless Pit) Any having...

Orange Uk Change answerphone options.. by reppo28
Within the last 48 hours Orange have altered their Answerphone menu, and ini my opinion it is WORSE. Before you had 1 to listen to message 2 to save 3 to delete 4 to have a free text sent with the number of the person who left a message. # to return the call using normal call rates.

GSM Alarm Help needed by Novocastrian
I bought a GSM Alarm for use on my boat (not bad for GBP128 from China) and all works well, except I can't get the images to be sent via MMS or email to my HTC HD2 on Vodafone. Here it is: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=370320356937&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT The alarm sends me an SMS and follows up with a call so I can listen in to the action (I hope it never happens!). The...
