Recently left 3 as my contract expired, left on the last month was
told by 3 that there is no charge etc as i was out of contract i have just received a bill for £25.30 Cancelation Fee, how can this be ? Thanks |

It's known by the technical name of "grab it from the customer and nine times out of ten they don't notice and if they do they don't always bother to mention it but if they do complain then we can always apologise and blame it on a computer error" and it boosts their profits greatly. |
