When you make a Skype call on a 3 Skypephone S2, how is the call actually
conveyed? There is a number in the phone book (Skype Service +447838333600) which probably has something to do with it, but it is not possible to call this number directly (calls fail). I have read that it doesn't use the data network somewhere, but haven't heard a proper explanation. JP |

You won't get a definitive one from me either :-) My understanding is they are carried in a similar way to normal voice calls. Someone said here that they were 'circuit switched' rather than 'packet switched'. -- Graham. %Profound_observation% |
