Default On 3: £10 credit Queued ?

For the transfer of my Orange number to 3, which took place more than 2
weeks ago, I should get £10 credit. Looking at the balance in My3 there is
0.92p labeled as Won't expire but £10 is labeled as Queued. Why and what
does that mean?

P.S. I haven't got a clue where 0.92p came from.

On 3, Queued means available once the previous is used up

I see, that is OK. I thought it may mean it is waiting to become available.
thanks

BTW you get a quid for registering a 3 PAYG, so that's probably
where your 92p came from

So pay a Tenner initial top up, and then for porting in a number
you get a tenner, and for registering a quid.
You can get a total of 21quid credit.

I did not pay £10 for initial top up yet because I thought that, through My3
account with a debit card, it will be only £5 and it is not. Because I am
only a light user I shall let my credit dwindle down a bit before paying a
tenner for initial top up.
