Default Where to get advice on Nokia 7210?

Hello, thanks for reading this.
I don't know if there is an appropriate help/group for advice in
regard to: My mobile phone: Nokia 7210 has gone over to 'silent' on
receiving incoming calls. I don't hear a thing, I've tried to change
settings, been to a factory re-set but to no avail....?
I really would like to sort this out so any answers of help/advice
will be gratefully accepted, or, any re-direction to other groups?
regards,
Allen

If factorying it doesn't sort it, it's probably a hardware problem.

Hmmm, what a bugger......innit?
Don't know what to do really, thanks Alexd!

How old is it? It may still be under warranty.

If it was mine, I'd open it up and have a poke about with a soldering
iron.
You could try your local independent phone shop, but tbh the labour costs
of
faffing about inside a phone could be more than the handset is worth.

I'd leave the soldering iron alone and first try changing the sounder.

Can't tell from that if it's a plug in?

Don't know about the 7210, but i've changed them in 3310 as they
simply plug in
