It's a Three modification for Android phones, I believe.

If it's like EE (and it is likely to be indentical!) it is more complicated
than this!!! EE have a list of recent Android phones where WiFi calling
seems to be built in and they say you can use handsets from anywhere
(but does it need to be turned on by a "carrier update" - like iPhones???)

Some other Android handsets they say have to be supplied by EE to work with
WiFi calling.
