I recently was 'given' one of these by Orange as a 'free' upgrade. Seemed like a good idea at the time. However, GPRS always failed on the phone. Orange Customer Cervice told me that I in order to get GPRS on a Blackberry I needed to pay an additional £5 (I think) on my monthly contract, and that the shop should have told me this when giving me the phone. (They did not.)
