To the best of my knowledge, networks are able to leave messages here for you to read as a result of you going on WAP... but I'll happily stand corrected. What is it there for? Just bought a second hand Siemens S55. I want to change the internet settings, but the phone tells me I need to input a PIN first. I don't know what it is and nor does the previous owner.
