Hi John.

Sorry, I hope you don't mind my trying to get your attention like this. In
a previous thread you posted the suggestion that if I wasn't that interested
in 3G, it might be worth waiting for the 6670, as opposed to the 6630. I
don't know if you ever expanded on this thought, but I have had problems
with my NG client.

So why do you think the 6670 would be worth waiting for over the 6630?
Thanks.

no need to wait, the 6670 is in stock at http://www.expansys.com

personally, I don't see much in it's favour. It is lighter and cheaper
though...

Further generation up from the 6600 / 6630.

Did you look at the link?

Personally I am waiting now for a Symbian phone from Nokia with quad band.

Coming real soon???

I like your approach, now let's see your departure.

Supposed to be more business orientated as well, but of course could be
usual Nokia bs.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought these were the generations:

1st : 7650, 3650, 3660, n-gage, n-gage QD
2nd : 7610, 6670, 6600
3rd : 6630

1st being symbian OS 6.x
2nd being symbian OS 7.0
3rd being symbian OS 8.0

I'd wait till the 6630 is out on heavily subsided 3, odds are you'll be able
to buy two subsidised 6630 for the price of one unsubsidised 6670.

but 3 is no use if you need internet access. When are they going to
demolish that damned walled garden?

Only if you intend to leave the 6630 on 3, being a Nokia like most 7600
it'll will be set free ;-)
