Default PSA: Customers on Orange

For the customers on Orange who were experiencing network probs last week:

It seems that the automated SIM swapping for upgrades (and some new
connections) was at fault - nice of them to tell us about it!!

It was working when I tested it before posting

Basically, it was an article from www.theregister.co.uk saying that some
Orange users that were hit with sudden network probs last week was because
automated SIM swapping was screwed.
